	Air Ticket Terms & Conditions
	•	Promotion is available for at least 2 passengers per booking with regular fare ticket in Chiang Mai, Trang, Surat Thani and Bangkok routes only.
	•	Promotion must be booked via Nok Air Call Center 1318 only.
	•	Booking period: 15 December 2009 – 22 March 2010
	•	Travel period: 20 December 2009 – 27 March 2010
	•	Ticket must be booked at least 5 days before departure date.
	•	Payment could be made by Credit card, ATM and Counter Service Plus.
	•	This promotion does not include destinations operated by SGA flights.
	•	Any changes to the itinerary must be made at least 1 day before the original departure date. Passengers making changes must pay a change fee and any difference in airfare. In case that the new fare is less than an original fare, Nok Air reserves the right not to refund the fare difference.
	•	This promotion cannot be used in conjunction with other Nok Air promotions.
	•	Ticket is non-refundable.
	•	Other terms and conditions remain in accordance with Nok Air’s terms and conditions.

	Room Reservation Terms & Conditions
	•	Promotion rate is available for 1 room night per 2 seats and valid from 15 December 2009 until 31 March 2010 only.
	•	Nok Air reserved the right to submit passenger’s contact information to the selected hotel.
	•	Passenger will get a contact from hotel reservation office in order to check room availability and confirm check-in date within the next day.
	•	Nok Air boarding pass must be presented at hotel registration counter when check-in.
	•	Limited room availability and may not be available on weekend or public holiday.
	•	Any changes to room reservation must be prior noticed and other terms and conditions remain in accordance with the hotel’s terms and conditions.
